Mr. Don M. Everson
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Mr. Don M. Everson, loving and loved husband, father and pastor, went home to the Father on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.P. and Myrtle Everson.
He is survived by Betty Everson, his wife of 60 years; daughters, Lynne (Colon) Pope, Cindy (Charlie) Kampfe, Nan (David) Legler; grandchildren, Rachel (Jeff) Lovett, Emily Pope, Michelle and Myers Kampfe, Matthew and Patrick Legler; and great-grandson, Samuel Everson Lovett.
He graduated from Fletcher High School, Stetson University and Southern Seminary (Th.D.) He was pastor of Hiseville (Ky.) Baptist Church, Parkwood Baptist Church (Jacksonville, Fla.) and FBC Quincy, Fla., before retiring to Bowling Green. He loved the outdoors, especially golf, gardening, hunting and fishing.
A service celebrating his life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at West Franklin Baptist Church, Franklin, Tenn., with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Jane Garmon
GLASGOW – Jane Garmon, 68, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
She was born in Fulton, the daughter of the late Clifford W. and Eva Katherine Peden Hall. Jane was a former employee of NHC Healthcare for 23 years and was a member of Glasgow Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Garmon; two sons, Jeff Garmon (JO) and Eric Garmon (Mindy), all of Glasgow; two daughters, Andrea Gentry (John) and Leigh Ann Strode, all of Cave City; five grandchildren, Lindsey Strode, Camerin and Haley Garmon and Makayla and MaKenzie Gentry; one niece, Leslie Sarasin (Ron) and one nephew, Gary Hall.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Guy Joe Hall.
Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Allene Dickens Linville
SCOTTSVILLE – Allene Dickens Linville, 57, of Scottsville, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Earl Dickens and Goldie Raymer Dickens.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Linville.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Hardy and Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation will be 2 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

GLASGOW – Mattie Eveline Slayton, 85, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
