DUBRE — Ruby Glaydell Dubre, 78, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
She was the wife of Wallace Dubre.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Oct. 11, at 2:30 p.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home in Summer Shade with burial in the Marrowbone Cemetery. Visitation will begin Saturday, Oct. 10, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

CAVE CITY — The Rev. Wendell Morgan, 70, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at his residence.

CULLOWHEE, N.C. — Richard Harbeson Lane, 68, formerly of Cynthiana, passed away on Oct. 4, 2009, at his summer home in Cullowhee, N.C. A memorial service will be Friday at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral home in Cynthiana. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with the memorial service commencing at 7 p.m. He will be interred at Battle Grove Cemetery. Burial services will be private. GLASGOW — Isaiah Wayne McDowell, infant son of Matt and Barbara McDowell, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, in Indianapolis, Ind. Graveside services will be at Cherry Springs Church Cemetery, Cub Run, at 1 p.m. Saturday. Arrangements are being handled by Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville.
BOWLING GREEN — Melva Marie Stokes, 88, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at a local nursing home. Funeral services will be Saturday at McLean Funeral Home, Fort Meade, Fla., with burial in Homeland Cemetery, Homeland. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at McLean Funeral Home. Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
