Frankie C. Turner

MOUNT HERMON – Frankie C. Turner, 57, of the Mt. Hermon Community in Monroe County, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at his residence.

He was a son of the late Veachel Johnny Harlan Turner.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Turner, of Mount Hermon.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Field Full Gospel Church and burial in Bethlehem Cemetery in Monroe County. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations toward funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.



Franklin Morris Wright

TOMPKINSVILLE – Franklin Morris Wright, 71, died Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

He was the son of the late Dewey Wright and Jewell Kringel Wright and husband of the late Alva Dean Golden Wright.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial in Moss Cemetery in Moss, Tenn. Visitation is after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Moss Cemetery.

PARK CITY – Jimmy Lee Pedigo, 51, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at his home. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Broadway Chapel of J.C. Kirby and Son Funeral Home in Bowling Green with burial in Neal Cemetery in Flippin.



GLASGOW – Donald Lovon Walker, 57, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Brown Cemetery in Monroe County. Military honors will be provided by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow.



GLASGOW – Kelton Shane Stockton, 32, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital as a result of a automobile accident. Funeral services for Mr. Stockton will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Bearwallow Cemetery in Hart County. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, at the funeral home.
