Darrell Wayne Compton
BOWLING GREEN — Darrell Wayne Compton, 64, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.
He was a retired truck driver and son of the late Venus Russell and Geneva Catherine Roach Compton.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Leatherwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
He is survived by two sons: Larry (Anita) Compton of Bowling Green, and Gregory Compton of Louisville; one granddaughter: Skylar Shea of Bowling Green; four sisters: Dolly (James) Riley of Columbia, Wilma (Steve) Firkins of Edmonton, Ima (Ed) Jessee of Edmonton, and Diane (Larry) Levin of Webster.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Garrett Compton.

Dr. James Stevens Hill
SMITHS GROVE — Dr. James Stevens Hill, 75, died Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at the Hospice Center at Bowling Green.
He was the son of the late Dr. James A. Hill and Nora Chestine Fisher Hill. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Doris Bagwell Hill, of Smiths Grove.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery.
William Hill
GLASGOW — William Hill, 62, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.

Eugene Owen Judd
CAVE CITY — Eugene Owen Judd, 68, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at his home.
He was born in Barren County, the son of the late Cecil Hugh Judd and Maggie Estelle Bragg Judd, of Cave City, who survives. He was retired and a former employee of Chicago Bridge and Iron Co. and Caldwell Tanks in Louisville. He enjoyed old and antique cars and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carolyn Poynter Judd; two daughters: Sandra K. Williams (Doug) of Glasgow, and Donna Jean Mosby of Louisville; two grandchildren: Jonathan Todd Dean of Glasgow and Ashley Nicole Mosby of Louisville; one great-grandchild: Lexie Rene Lutterman; three brothers: Charles Judd of Louisville and Sammy and Allen Judd of Cave City; and a sister: Ruby Poynter of Cave City.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Stevon Mosby; and two brothers, Marshall and Bobby Judd.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Tuesday morning until time for the service.

Richard ‘Ricky’ Minor
CAVE CITY — Richard “Ricky” Minor, 53, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at U of L Hospital, Louisville, after a brief illness.
He was the son of the late Floyd Roger Minor and Sylvia Oliver Minor, Munfordville, who survives him.
Funeral services, under the direction of Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, are incomplete at this time.
