Alicia Corie Cook
PARK CITY — Alicia Corie Cook, 33, died Monday night, Jan. 4, 2010, near Park City, after an auto accident.
She was born in Letcher County, the daughter of Douglas Wayne and Alene Baker Cook, of Park City, who survive. She was a student at P.J.’s College of Cosmetology.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children: Corie Beth McCluskey, Crance Douglas Cook and Alanis Alene Cook, all of Park City; a brother: Dwayne Cook and wife Jennifer of Horse Cave; a nephew: Trevor Cook; her grandmother: Cora Baker of Thornton, and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Fonda Michelle Cox
BEAVER DAM — A former Franklin resident, Fonda Michelle Cox, 53, entered into rest on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at the Ohio County Hospital in Beaver Dam.
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
A native of Indianapolis, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Charlie James “C.J.” Cox and the late Irma Pauline England Cox.
She is survived by her uncle and second dad, Charles E. Jones of Glasgow; a sister, Patsy McFarland of Florida; a cousin and guardian, Delaine Youpatoff of Owensboro, and several cousins.
Ms. Cox was a member of Eastside Missionary Baptist Church. She was a Franklin-Simpson High School graduate.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, and from 6 a.m. until funeral service time on Friday.

Bob McCoy Eudy
BOWLING GREEN — Bob McCoy Eudy, 74, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
Born Sept. 4, 1935, in Glasgow, he was the son of the late Shelby Thomas Eudy and Vera Claude “Granny” Chaney Eudy. He retired in 1991 as vice president of First Federal and nurse’s assistant in the emergency room. He was a member of Cave Mill General Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict on the USS Kearsarge. He attended Western Kentucky University and was a graduate of the Business University. He loved to fish and loved antiquing. His family and friends were his life.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Mary L. Cowan Eudy of Bowling Green; a daughter: Jill Howard and husband Mike of Pittsburgh, Pa.; grandsons: Joshua Eckenrode and wife Nicole, Jaison Eckenrode, Michael Buchanan Howard and Matthew Howard, all of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a great-granddaughter: Makayla Marie Eckenrode of Pittsburgh, Pa.; three sisters: Helen McCauley of Tompkinsville, Gayle Bartlett of Temple Hill and Judy Gallagher and husband, John, of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, at J.C. Kirby and Son Funeral Chapel Inc., Broadway Chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mary Carolyn Davis Larimore
LOUISVILLE — Mary Carolyn Davis Larimore, 87, formerly of Hart County, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at the Golden Living Center in Louisville.
She was the daughter of the late Fred and Mary Russell Davis.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home, Munfordville, with burial in the Pearl Webb Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

PARK CITY — Carol M. White, 58, died Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, in Bowling Green.
She was born in Byrdstown, Tenn., the daughter of the late Robert Stinson and Nina Smith Stinson. She was a member of Caveland Baptist Church and a retired manager for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Survivors include her husband, Tom White of Park City; a son: Tracy Estes of Park City; brother: Ronnie Stinson (Faye) of Park City; two nieces: Leticia and Felicia Stinson of Park City; and a stepdaughter: Krista Williams (Mike) of Bowling Green.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, at Patton Funeral Home, Park City Chapel, with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9 at the funeral home.
