Juanita Day
HORSE CAVE — Juanita Day, 81, formerly of Cub Run, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at Hart County Health Care Center, Horse Cave.
She was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Virginia Highbaugh Logsdon and wife of the late Raymon H. Day. Juanita was a former secretary at Cub Run High School and also a bookkeeper for Day’s Trucking Company. She was a member of Cub Run United Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran.
Juanita is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Bucky and Laura Day of Munfordville; two grandchildren: Amanda Warder and husband Jamie, and Robert Day; two great-grandchildren: Elizabeth and Ethan Warder.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Myrtie Reynolds and Thelma McFelia; and three brothers: Hillard, Clyde and Chester Logsdon.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 3, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home, Munfordville, with burial in Cub Run Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

William Pete Eaton
TOMPKINSVILLE — William Pete Eaton, 74, of Tompkinsville, formerly of Fountain Run, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Monroe Health & Rehab Center, in Tompkinsville.
He was born in Monroe County on Oct. 2, 1935, to the late Pete Eaton and Lois Russell Eaton. He was a member of Old Missionary Baptist Church of Fountain Run, a retired farmer and maintenance worker at SKF Industries in Glasgow. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Loving Lodge No. 323 in Fountain Run. He was united in marriage on Dec. 23, 1958, in Hartsville, Tenn., to Hellen Strode, who survives.
Other survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law: Jeff and Annette Eaton of Fountain Run, Tim and Keri Jo Eaton of Tompkinsville and Greg Eaton of Tompkinsville; one brother and two sisters; and four grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Maureen Simmons.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 2, at 1 p.m. at the Old Missionary Baptist Church of Fountain Run, with burial in Fountain Run Cemetery. Friends may call at Strode Funeral Home, in Tompkinsville, after 2 p.m. Thursday, and after 10 a.m. Friday at the Old Missionary Baptist Church of Fountain Run.

Marvin Lee Fargason
GLASGOW — Marvin Lee Fargason, 73, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
Born in Atlanta, Ga., he was the son of the late Walter and Ora Belle Dickinson Fargason. Mr. Fargason was a retired cabinet maker and member of Bethel Independent Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Betty Neal Fargason; two sons: Robert Fargason of Atlanta, Ga., Mark Fargason of Florida; two daughters: Chris Neal of Minnesota and Karen Goddard of Atlanta; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four step-children: Sandra Charlene Clark, Karen Clark (Richard), Tammy Houchens (Roger), Angela Button (John), Anthony Smith, all of Glasgow; seven step-grandchildren: Derek Mizzell, Lance Mizzell, Kent Clark, Aaron Clark, Clay Button, Luke Button and Chase Smith; and one great-step-grandchild, Parker Clark.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 2, 2010, at Bethel Independent Baptist Church with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, and on Friday, July 2, after 10 a.m. at the church.

Lee ‘Tilly’ Doyle Miller
CAMPBELLSBURG — Lee “Tilly” Doyle Miller, 68, of Campbellsburg, died in Louisville.
