William Paul Davis
GLASGOW – William Paul Davis, 85, of Glasgow, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at his residence.
Born in Metcalfe County, he was the son of the late William Buford and Eula Lee Pedigo Davis. Mr. Davis was a member of Refuge Church of Christ; he ran milk routes in the Tri-County area from 1952 until he retired in 1992 and then enjoyed extensive traveling with his wife.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Pitcock Davis, of Glasgow; a son, Gary Paul Davis (Lynn), of Glasgow; two daughters, Paulette Coulter (Paul) and Bonnie Haynes (Gary), both of Glasgow; six grandsons, Wesley Coulter (Sonja), Brent Coulter (Kourtney), Corey Haynes (Andrea), Brad Haynes (Kristen), Brandon Davis (Ann-Ashley) and Trevor Davis; three brothers, Lonnie Davis, of Glasgow, Rondal Davis (Helen), of Edmonton, and Kenneth Davis (Jeri), of Glasgow; two sisters, Lynn West of Indiana, and Marilyn Loscomb, of Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Delphia Jane (Jackie) Edwards
EDMONTON – Delphia Jane (Jackie) Edwards, 92, of Edmonton, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Jessie Boone and Mollie Berry Sherfey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cebrun Edwards. Jackie was retired from the Metcalfe County Library and a member of Edmonton Baptist Church.
Jackie was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons, Cebie (Carolyn) Edwards, of Edmonton, and Rodney (Judy) Edwards, of Bowling Green; one daughter, Jane (Joe) Byrd, of Glasgow; seven grandchildren, Shawn (Jamie) Edwards, of Edmonton, Bethany (Jay) Garmon, of Russell Springs, Andrea Anderson, Eric Edwards and Melanie (Jeremy) Franklin, all of Bowling Green, Jon Jay (Holly) Byrd, of Alvaton, and Mollie (Wesley) Wilson, of Glasgow; and 18 great-grandchildren, Shauna, Kaytlyn, Blake, Cooper, Piper, Dylan, Hallie, Jay Lee, Drake, Zoie, Deaken, Aiden, Aizlynn, Addy, Alex, Abigail, Allie Grace and Annabelle.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Edmonton Baptist Church with burial in Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Saturday and after 9 a.m. Sunday at Butler Funeral Home until service time. Alternate expressions of sympathy can be made to Edmonton Baptist Church or Metcalfe County Public Library.
Robert Wayne Kinslow Jr.
ROUNDHILL – Robert Wayne Kinslow Jr., 43, of Roundhill, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at his mother’s residence in Glasgow.
Born in Bowling Green, he was the son of Robert Wayne Kinslow, of Thailand, and Janet Boles, of Glasgow. Mr. Kinslow was a forest ranger in Butler County and a veteran of the U.S. Navy; he attended Shiloh Baptist Church, Buckcreek Sportsman Club and was an avid golfer.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Roger Boles, of Glasgow; stepmother, Noi Kinslow, of Thailand; two sisters, Mary Jo Boles, of Louisville, and Jenny Kinslow Doss (Aaron), of Hendersonville, Tenn.; a brother, George Marshall Kinslow, of Louisville; a niece, Olivia Grace Doss; paternal grandmother, Helen Kinslow McCandless, of Park City; five aunts, Anna Margaret Hubbard (Jeff), of Smiths Grove, Juanita Kinslow Lykens (Bobby), of Park City, Mary Lou Sells, of Glasgow, Elizabeth Buckley (Bobby Morrison), of Knob Lick, and Peggy Jo Thomas (Tommy Meadows), of Glasgow; several other family and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Kinslow and maternal grandparents, Henry and Josephine Steen.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home, with burial in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Division of Forestry at 627 Comanche Trail, Frankfort, KY 40601 or the Epilepsy Foundation Kentuckiana at Kosair Charities Centre, 982 Eastern Pkwy., Louisville, KY 40217-1566.
