ACTIONS: Approved memorandum of understanding with the city of Glasgow; Kentucky Interlocal School Transportation Association (KISTA) resolution for the sale of used buses; revised school calendar for 2009-10; minutes of the Feb. 11 regular meeting and the Feb. 16 special-called meeting; bills, salaries and accounts; monthly financial reports, out-of-state/overnight student travel; revised administrative index for 2009-10; emergency reading of board policy 05.23 energy management; revised job description for associate superintendent; advertisement for transportation supplies and services bid; renewal for mops and uniform bids; bid renewal for property, fleet, liability and workers compensation insurance; and revised administrative procedure for 03.11 AP.26 letter of intent.
