GLASGOW —
Usually, after each Barren County High School basketball game, head coach John Butler takes bits and pieces from the game that can help his team prepare for its next contest. Whether it is ballhandling, rebounding, or even shooting, there is always something for the Trojanettes to build on.
After losing 59-31 to Allen County-Scottsville on Tuesday night in the first district game for both teams, Butler isn’t sure he wants to take anything from the game.
“I don’t know if you can take anything from this game,” said Butler. “There is not a lot to say about tonight. You have to give Allen County credit. They played very well tonight. They were very well prepared for this game and we had a complete mental and physical breakdown. I think that’s what it came down to.”
