GLASGOW —
For Corneilus Faulkner and the Caverna High School Lady Colonels, the whole basketball season comes down to one game. Caverna will battle Green County in the first round of the 18th District Basketball Tournament on Wednesday night at Hart County High School and all the preseason scrimmages, all of the 28 regular season games, boil down to just 32 minutes.
On Wednesday, the winner moves on and the loser goes home.
“I think the girls are at the point where we have to just believe in ourselves and get it done,” said Faulkner. “The first game of the district tournament means a lot. It is win, or go home.”
Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
