Glasgow then defated Allen 25-14, 18-25 and 25-18 to claim the 13th district crown.

Monroe (20-11) lost its only contest against Allen (19-15-2) this season. The Lady Patriots topped the Lady Falcons 25-22, 28-30 and 15-13 in the Hornet Nest Fest on Sept. 6.

The Lady Falcons advanced to the regional tournament with a 25-21 and 26-24 win over Metcalfe in the 14th district tournament.

Greenwood (35-3) and Metcalfe (14-20) did not match up during regular season play. The Lady Hornets defeated Clinton County 25-19 and 25-22 in the first round of the 14th district tournament last week, before falling to Monroe in the finals.
