GLASGOW —
It wasn't exactly how they wanted to close out the tournament, but Glasgow High School golf standouts Chase Landrum and Steely Harris finished the Kentucky High School Boys State Golf Tournament this past weekend in fine fashion.
Landrum, an eighth-grader, shot an 80 for his final round at the Bowling Green Country Club. That gave him a 36-hole total of 155, good enough to finish in a tie for 21st in the overall standings.
Harris, on the other hand, playing in his final state tournament, shot 84 on Saturday for a two-day total of 164. That put Harris in a tie for 57th overall.
