GLASGOW — Glasgow girls golf beat out more than ten local teams to win the Lady Scottie Invitational at Glasgow Country Club over the weekend.
Kylie Foushee won the individual competition and was named event medalist after shooting a one-under 71 for the day. Glasgow’s Blair Dennison also finished in the top 10, turning in a sixth-place 78.
Ashton Foushee (88), Taylor Phelps (90), Emily Alexander (95) and Courtney Swindle (125) also competed.
Barren’s top finisher was Taylor Moore, who shot an 88 for the round.
Glasgow and Barren County squads will play each other on Sept. 9 at the Glasgow Country Club.
