Three Barren County school swimming records were broken in a Thursday night tri-meet with Glasgow and Warren County.
Ryan Metzger set a new school mark in the 200-yard individual medley (26.98), while Maria Metzger set a school record in the 500-yard freestyle (32.33).
Ryan Metzger, Sam Kinslow, Collin Sparks and Austin Benedict combined to set a new record in the 500-yard freestyle, as well.
Glasgow’s Meghan Taylor topped two events, winning both the girls’ 100-yard backstroke and 100-yard butterfly.
The Trojan swimming team also competed in the Best of the West Invitational at Bowling Green High School on Saturday. Results weren’t immediately available.
