GLASGOW —
In an effort to provide new opportunities for its student-athletes, Barren County High School has started girls’ and boys’ bowling programs. And the BCHS keglers will open their seasons on Monday, Nov. 19, when they host Greenwood at Ralphie’s Fun Center.
“I am happy we’re even having a first bowling match on Monday,” said BCHS coach Ron Norris. “I think this sets a milestone for this area. As a team, our progress has come along great. We’ve got kids really interested in bowling and they take it to heart.”
Barren County’s home opener with Greenwood is scheduled for 4 p.m.
