GLASGOW —
The Monroe County Lady Falcons had little trouble with the Glasgow Lady Scotties Tuesday night as they rolled to a 2-0 win, earning a 25-19 victory in game one and a 25-12 win in game two.
“We had some trouble with our serving today,” said Monroe County coach Tara Turner. “Our defense was a little slow today, but that might be because we didn’t have school yesterday and we’re a bit rusty. A win is a win.”
“Monroe County played a lot better today than they did the last time we played them,” said Glasgow coach Lauren Shelton. “Our girls are doing a lot of things right and it will start showing up more when they can do all of those things at the same time, not sporadically.”
