Glasgow’s Natalie Shields runs at Cave Lake Event Park outside Monticello during the Class 1A, Region 2 Cross Country Meet on Saturday. Shields finished 11th overall, but qualified for the state meet by finishing in the top 5 as an individual runner. The top two teams and the top five individuals qualified for the state meet at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington this coming Saturday.
